Handicapped people who aren't really handicap, but abuse the open seat policy by sitting in a wheelchair thus getting priority boarding. I witnessed this first hand on flight 1765 from MSY to BWI on the 9th of March.
Better yet, the "handicapped" person was able to save a seat for other members of the his group by putting coat and bags inthe emergency exits seats ( row 10) with the flight attendant watching!
If Southwest is not going to enforce the rules, do away with open seating! It does not work.
