Southwest, I'm your biggest fan! My rewards card lists me as a member since 1993. My family wonders why they get FREE LUV t-shirts for the holidays. I still remember the free R.R. credit I received for not being a "BIN HOG". I had everything I wanted from a loyal airline. Then, no more non stop flights from PHX into CLEVE., and back, as of Oct 3rd. I am crushed. I hope this is not the beginning of the end of a good thing.
