In one of those little ironies of life, I booked my first Southwest flight over the weekend before finding out that customers' appearance must be approved by the airline or they can't fly. I'm not certain how to proceed now. There was no scale available when I booked the flight. Will I have to weigh-in in front of everyone before the flight? I DO need to lose about 15 pounds, so I'm just not sure if I meet the SW supermodel standards.
