About 6 years ago, I was on a flight from Burbank to Spokane over the 4th of July weekend. On landing, over the PA system and all through the plane, the crew & passengers broke into singing God Bless America. I wrote a letter to Southwest expressing my appreciation and received a personal reply from the President of Southwest.
You're all a class organization & my choice of airlines every time. Keep up the good work. God bless you all & I'll send this information along to everyone I know.
