Great news, and another notch in your service belt Soutwest. I undersatand the business need to charge for services. How about we barter for a change; FREE WIFi on the flight if we book our next trip during the flight. Your database folks should be able to program this easily. A little something for both of us. Alternatively, keep spreading the LUV and build the charge into the operating cost and fares, no need to charge for it separately.
Whatever you decide, we will still feel the LUV.
