This is hardly an apology. Kevin Smith has said time and time again that he FIT INTO THE SEAT WITH THE ARM RESTS DOWN and that he did NOT need a belt extender. That's what your policy states, is it not? Then why was he ejected from the plane for being fat? He has also said that he normally buys 2 seats just so he won't have to talk to people. He is pretty recognizable and I'm sure doesn't want to read everyone and their brother's "movie scripts". I'll never fly Southwest again and I'm going to to urge everyone I know to avoid your airline as well. ... View more
