Unless WiFi will be free and/or built-into ticket prices (sounds good to me, at up to $1 or $2 built-in whether I use it or not and you still can advertise it as "free"), DEFINITELY allow free drink coupons to be exchanged for WiFI in some way. That'd be great!
Also, DEFINITELY ban VOIP/SIP, although there's nothing stopping some passengers from yapping loudly the whole trip - even if not on a phone call...
If for some ridiculous reason, there's a charge, it better be VERY reasonable, since, yes, our electronic devices only get to be used for part of the flight and there's no way to charge them on longer flights (I've yet to see a SWA plane with any power outlets - speaking of which, why do all of those fancy airport seats that you've added have blank metal plates where power and USB outlets should be at the gates?!?!), and I imagine we'll be lucky to get DSL speeds, at best?
WiFi should work for an entire flight, including connections (same or different plane). Any other method would be a real hassle, for your staff as well as passengers. There's another reason to just keep it free/included.
