I was on that flight from Ft Laud. to Denver. The crew is to be commended for their professionalism and kindness on how they handled the passagers. The Capt. kept us informed on the situtation and ordered pizza for the whole plane. The Capt and crew went row to row making sure everyone had a slice. I wish they worked for me ! I work for a city that won the National Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award for customer service, the only city to ever win this prestigious award. Southwest far exceeded my expectations that day ! I am a Southwest fan for life! Thank you to the crew for feeding us and most important getting us there safely !
