If I may quote you Christi: "You've read about these situations before. Southwest instituted our Customer of Size policy more than 25 years ago.
So... 25 years later and Southwest Airlines is still enforcing and operating the same policies!?
You would think that over time a company would grow, listen and adapt to their customers wants and needs... and do things like I don't know, maybe engineer the seats a bit bigger!?
I mean COME ON!! 2 OUT OF 3 AMERICANS ARE OVERWEIGHT!!! Maybe its time AFTER 25 YEARS to unearth and dust off that 25 year old policy book and actually get your heads back into keeping your customers happy!!!!
Another lost customer of Southwest Airlines.
Oh yeah... great apology Christi- its a good thing that such a big and wonderful airline has the time and money to pay someone who actually knows how to sympathize.

Lol- I wouldn't consider this an apology at all... more of an efficent way of showing how Southwest Airlines continues to lie and decieve its customers- paying customers none the less.
And may I quote: "You were a reasonable guy during our conversation." Wow... reasonable huh- great way of dressing up that compliment Linda.
