I read the letter of apology, and whoever is the CEO of SouthWest is apparently not a very intelligent individual who does not know how to lead with responsibility. The letter of apology was so half-hearted. Besides, even if it was triggered by a customer complaint, the flight attendants should have told simply turn the other way, it does not require a harvard MBA to figure that out. i hope South West gets sued, and you know that Kyla Ebbert is going to win.
