Sitting in Green Airport RI waiting for my flight to Orlando. It was scheduled for 11:45am and I showed up an hour early only to find out the flight was postponed until 3:45pm. I received no email notice of the delay and understand the problem is mechanical and their is no crew. Also this is the second time in the last 7 days where I witnessed a 4 hour delay related to mechanical problems and crew issues for a different flight?
Also I have been on hold for a Southwest agent for 1.5 hours and still waiting for a live person?
