Why not a post on what it's like for SWA employees to deal with the mass confusion of your passengers trying to deal with the confusing new boarding system.
I have seen herds of sheep less confused than those of us who just want to get on your planes and get to where we're going.

Sorry for your loss.
I lost my mother 11/9 at age 86 after she suffered a sudden massive stroke.
Mom and used to talk about what she would do when Dad died (he has Alzheimer's), but she went first.
Now, Dad must deal with the loss of his life partner of 66 years.
It is sad to see one's parents go through this.

As a private pilot, multi-engine rated, with a few hundred hours of flight time and part way to an instrument rating, I can only say that I have total respect for the professionals who can fly what you fly in conditions like that.
When I fly commercial, I am in awe of the skill and experience required to get everyone back on the ground safely.
