Oh no! After utilizing SWA sveral times a month between BHM - SDF - BHM (along with several of my colleagues ) for almost the past 10 years, I see that the 2 non-stops a day are being discontinued early 2012 with no planned resumption through the end of the published schedule in June 2012. I understand that yield management / aircraft utilization models have been run and this is somehow deemed efficient but, it will make my and several other "A-Lister's" business lives much more difficult and open the door to our reluctently flying Delta through ATL and MEM due to better logistical connections to SDF, LEX and CVG. Please advise if you forsee any plans in the works to reinstate the longstanding non-stop city pair that me and many others have grown to pretty much depend on.
