THANK YOU SWA!!! FINALLY someone is actually enforcing the fact that being over weight can be a safety hazard. If you cant get in and out of the seat easily you are risking your safety and the person sitting next to you safety because you could be in their way by not being able to get out of your seat in the case of an emergency. I for one would not want to sit next to a person who can't get out of their seat quickly if something does happen. SWA has no reason to be sorry for taking Mr. Smith off the flight because it was for his, and anyone sitting next to him, safety. It is their job to ensure their passengers safety and that is exactly what they were doing. Mr. Smith knew the policy SWA had in place and chose to get on the flight any way. Its his fault NOT SWA's that he got kicked off.
