Still waiting for the explanation on why SW chooses to remove a passenger, citing their policy, when their policy states that a customer must be able to lower both arm rests in order to remain on the plane -- and Smith had been able to do so?
In any case, while I have your attention, Southwest, I'd like to also ask that you add to your customer comfort evangelism by instituting a policy that states passengers who meet any one of the following criteria also be required to pad their presence with extra purchased seats around them:
:: smokers
:: people with body odor
:: incessant talkers
:: sleeping leaners and droolers
:: heavy flight drinkers
But I'm not holding my breath. At least not until I board my next flight.
