I love Southwest and the no bag fees - but my concern is this does little to help the business traveler - the folks you are going after as they often pay higher fares - since most business travelers don't check bags - At least there is Alist, business select for them, I guess.........

Its my understanding from a phone call to customer relations that new RR drink coupons will have the flyer name and RR number on them to cut down on online sales. Why are you then just hemming and hawing with "will have a new look" above?

Bags fly free on southwest, and as a customer, the best thing you can do to the guy or gal in the baggage office, sitting there bored, since 99 pct of bags get where they need to go - is go up to them and say "hey, my bags made it here, just wanted to let you know since most people come to you with bag problems" it will make their day!
