I recently attended a group information session and I loved the energy that Michelle and Lorraine. As a person considering employment with Southwest, I feel that it helped that they both had good attitudes.
What I noticed were all the great attitudes and smiles in the room. Obviously that is not to say that safety, efficiency, good work ethic and accuracy or important, as well as others. However, a great attitude is necessary.
I also enjoyed where prospective employees told their own short stories. It can reveal quite a few things, which can be useful to a hiring manager in order to make it easier to select candidates. It is an excellent time saver as well. I Ã
