Wonderful suggestions for using drink tickets, minimal dollar increase to cost of ticket, free for A-listers, etc, instead of paying for internet access.
Would recommend price commensurate with minutes of usable flight time.
One suggestions would be to affiliate with Boingo. This service has hot spots at many airports, hotels, and restaurants throughout the country for a low monthly fee. They have saved me tons in hotel internet fees!
I would not recommend AT&T or Gogo - both have poor customer service.
