Thanks Blake. I did a little side by side comparison when I realized I could filter my activity listing by type of points. When only viewing Tier qualifying points, I saw that a number of flights had only half the points from the full list. Then I realized they were double points promotions, and sure enough, the fine print says the bonus points don't count towards A-list. Mystery solved!

Thank you. I only counted flights points, none from partners. I guess the next question is how do I resolve a discrepancy between the points earned list and the total listed on my account summary?

Unable to find an answer for this one....when I add up all my flight points for the year it is more than enough to qualify for A-list, but I was still showing up as short. I got a couple of vouchers last winter and spring for delayed flights and offering to take a flight the next day, and used those vouchers to pay for subsequent flights. Could it be that those are considered non-revenue flights? There is very little info about LUV vouchers, so appreciate any help. Thanks all!

Try looking at your previous statements to see what date the statement gets generated, to see when the points will post. I was in a similar situation and realized that my first statement was posted November 12, so the December one should be 12/12, and that turned out to be correct. Good luck!

Thank you Ashley, That definitely helps! Can you tell I'm anxious to get A-list? I have definitely seen the little needle moving, and the # of points indicated, but trying to plan ahead to be sure I meet the points, I have been unsure whether, for example, the double points promotion I've gotten on the last couple of flights were all added to that number, or just the regular points to the A-list and the doubled amount toward rewards flights.

Thanks to a relocation of my BFs job I've become a frequent Southwest flyer! I am closing in on A-list for 2016, and am having trouble figuring out if I'm going to make it with the points I'm earning, as some are tier qualifying and some are not. I can't seem to find a place where I can get a count of just the TQ points. Appreciate the help for a newbie!
