I am unable to logon to my Rapid Rewards account from a Macintosh computer and have been dealing with various representative for 3+ hours now!! Has anyone else had this issue? My account was deactivated, as was my husband's and son's, because we haven't flown SW in a few years. We've all received links to reset our passwords. They both can get onto their accounts from a PC at work, and even can log on to my account from the PC. I don't have a firewall on either of the Macs I've tried. I can't even logon to my account from the iPhone app. One representative told me that he has heard this from other customers. Another rep told me to get a PC! Really??? Is that Southwest's answer? Buy a new computer so I can log on to their rewards website? I'm just hoping that someone out there has experioenced this and has an answer!
