Hi @yvonne54:
You can select any of the available locations listed on TSA's website for your PreCheck Interview. It does not have to be a specific location based on your zip code.

Hi @Hicksvc13:
Not all boarding passes have the TSA PreCheck indicator on them. There are times when Customers who have Known Traveler Numbers will not receive TSA PreCheck, even when the KTN is in the reservation. That said, so long as the information in your account matches exactly the name associated with your KTN the system should work as designed. While you could try having an Agent print a boarding pass at the airport, it still would not guarantee you receive TSA PreCheck.

Hi @doghouse7:
If you've already booked your reservations prior to receiving your KTN, you'll need to add the number to your reservations prior to travel. This can happen one of three ways:
1) You can call Southwest and have one of our Customer Representatives add the KTN to all of your upcoming, booked reservations.
2) You can add the KTN online here.
3) You can see an Agent at the airport on the day of travel who can assist you with adding the KTN to your reservation.
Moving forward, if your KTN is in your Rapid Rewards account, just ensure you're logged in when booking and the system will automatically populate it into your new reservations.

Hi @jonbornstein:
While TSA PreCheck is not guaranteed 100% of the time, even with a KTN, there are a couple of things you can check to ensure that the system is working as designed.
1) Make sure the name on your reservation exactly matches the name associated with your KTN.
2) Ensure your KTN is in your reservation whether you book online or with an Agent.
3)If your KTN is stored in your Rapid Rewards account, make sure you're logged in when you book your next flight.
If all else fails, a Southwest Agent can help verify your KTN is in your reservation when you arrive at the airport prior to going through the Security Checkpoint.

Hi @rsnyder622:
The system should automatically populate the information into the reservation for both you and your companion. In the event that it does not populate TSA PreCheck on both yours and your wife's boarding pass, please see an Agent at the airport to have it manually added to the reservation prior to going through the TSA Checkpoint.

Hi @ewiesner:
You'll still get the benefits of the TSA PreCheck with respect to your shoes, belt, and laptop. With regards to the knee replacement, our best suggestion would be to alert the TSA Agents at the airport you're flying in and of as each station may handle the screening a bit differently.

Hi @dzinermg,
What the TSA agent advised is correct. TSA PreCheck, even with a KTN is not guaranteed all the time. While your probability of seeing PreCheck on your boarding pass is significantly higher with your KTN, TSA has the discretion to remove PreCheck from any given flight segment.
