I fly every week inwould put my purse in my carry on and have a small bag to pull out once I get in board that carry all the things I need while in the flight

Perfect Today I rode from Dallas to LAX and as I walked into the plane I saw a little girl crying and crying. The flight attendant was trying to console her but it was not working. I said to the attendant "Do you want me to sit next to her?"
So she would not stop while the wonderful pilot and attendant were working desperately to get her to stop. Finally they went to get her mom who was waiting to try to get her to calm down. Finally we got her to stop and mom introduced me to her. She sat next to me and my husband the whole two hours. We watched movies and the attendant asked her to help with passing out the treats. The pilot announces to the little girl over the intercom that he had spoken to her mom and she said she loved her.
The attendant and the pilot were amazing. They were calm and very very sweet to both the little girl and mom.
Thank you Southwest from being different than all the rest.
