I read that there will be an option to convert travel funds to Rapid Reward points but have seen nothing since. Anyone have any additional information?

It appears the only major airline not using this plane, or some version of it, is Delta. I would prefer the FAA do the right thing here and not leave it up to individual airlines. Sure you are aware SW will let you cancel but unless you had refundable tickets, you must use the value of them within a year of the original ticketing date or lose the value.

Have an future flight scheduled on this aircraft and I must say it is pause for concern. I will continue to follow the details concerning the safety of this plane and hope that SWA acts with an abundance of caution that their passengers demand and expect. While I am quesy about traveling on this aircraft, I have a train of thought that, with all the scrutiny on this plane, it may be the safest air plane in the skies at the moment.

In light of a passenger getting removed from a flight with another airline I am wondering what is a passenger to do when they have an "urgent" need to use the lavatory and the fasten seat belt sign is on? With the understanding the certain phases of a flight are critical and should not be ignored, what is SWA policy? I have had seen some flight crews allow quick trips and other impose the equivalent of martial law. Common sense would seem to apply but it is in what I would call short supply. I would never leave my seat when the sign is illuminated and there is noticeable instability on the flight.
