Started having this problem last week during a trip. Now cannot use app to book flights. Zero inflight access. Verizon said app problem. SWA said known problem and to un install app and reload. This did not correct the error. Has anyone found a solution?

I live in India but while visiting the US Southwest is my first choice of travel within US.. Due to changes in our schedules we normally end up losing some of our unused funds.. What Southwest could possibly permit or facilitate is that we could either purchase Rapid Reward Points or Purchase Gift Cards for a similar value.. It actually results in a win win situation for both Southwest & the Customer. I do hope for Southwest to give some kind of leverage for foreign travellers.. It will definitely result in many more foreign travellers to patronise Southwest even more.. Southwest for money is a fabulous Airline & surely they deliver what they promise.. I am personally a big fan of SW.. I just feel that tweaking little issues such as these could do wonders..
