Bought my ticket over 1 week ago with pretty high fare. I'm a-list preferred and got A57. Which means Aisle in the back of the bus. Realizing the value of AList preferred when the system works. Not sure I've ever had higher than A21. Must be a system glitch. Customer service said they'd refund my upgraded boarding however it was sold out. Still love swa just a little bummed today.
