How long should I expect to hear back from SW Customer Service? I sent an email on 8/7 detailing my experience from the previous week and besides an automated response, I have not received any updates. Pretty bad IMO. I was heading to a wedding to be a bridesmaid and received little help in getting luggage or flights rebooked. Horribly disorganized throughout Midway. Spent over 6 hours total in lines overnight in Midway trying to sort it out.
