I had a crisis arise that required me to do everything in my power to catch an earlier flight out of Orlando to Denver. The flight I needed to get on was of course sold out, so it looked like stand by was my best option. But gate agent Alexis Hughes went above and beyond, and was able to get me a seat.
This effort on my behalf is so appreciated. This is another reason why I love SWA, and will be loyal to them on my travels.
