I am unable to add my boarding pass to my Apple Wallet (this has worked in the past.)
There is a button on the mobile boarding pass to add to the Apple Wallet, but it does nothing.
I have seen the button disappear in the past when SouthWest disabled the functionality for a while, but this is new, anyone else seeing this?

There is lots of discussion on the topic.
This is one of many threads. The conclusion in this one (from the end of 2019) is that it appears to be an IOS 13 issue.

I will monitor this - I am taking a flight in a few days and I have an iPhone. I am on the latest IOS (13.3 currently). I didn't have an issue adding boarding passes to my wallet when I took a flight last month (in December).
I'll report back next week once my flight(s) are over 🙂

Just a quick note to say that I checked in for my flights, and I was able to add my boarding passes to my Wallet without any issues.
