100%. I've seen situations where 10 or more people preboard with wheelchairs and then walk off the plane as soon as it lands. You see all the empty chairs sitting there. It is clearly abused and SWA does not have the balls to do anything about it.

Den to Atl 3 wheel chairs brought on after one half of 25 pre boarders. I am sure a handful are legit. Over the past year it now seems a free way to not pay for the A group and get on first. Like I said, I have always seen 5-10 legit passengers. 20 of those today were just abusing the system, including a pilot and 2 flight attendants.
