On March 11th we had the same ride gate agent again in Phoenix. She drones on and on for 10 mins about everything you can’t do...please give this woman some coaching..this is not the culture of Southwest Airlines nor do you want a reputation from people like this. She worked the gate for the last flight nonstop flight from Phoenix to Oakland. Then she got on the plane and was barking orders again...after the flight was an hour late in arriving in Phoenix at 10pm, no one one needed this!
