On my flight home last night, I tried to login the WiFi on my iPad & it said devices exceeded. The policy states 3 devices. Between my husband & I, we had two phones & 1 iPad, so no way to exceed 3 devices.
I even tried logging out both phones & still wouldn’t work. Anyone else experience this?

It's possible it was cached and maybe didn't register while you were in the air. Real annoyance. If you hit Contact Us below, team might be able to provide a wifi voucher for future use.
