On my last three flights, the WiFi has been out. The airplane was not undergoing upgrades to their WiFi. What is being done to compensate travelers for this inconvenience?

If you paid for the Wi-Fi you can reach out to southwest by clicking on the contact us link at the bottom of this page to request a refund.
if you are A list preferred (like me) and the Wi-Fi is a benefit unfortunately nothing is being done for us other than just taking a report. You could always still write a complaint and maybe they will send you a luv voucher but unfortunately that depends on the agent you get
hopefully these internet upgrades work but it will take time before it’s on all aircraft’s.
