My niece had to fly out of Hobby Airport this morning on her own back home and the flight attendant at the gate had nothing but attitude and tone for us while we simply wanted to make sure my niece arrives safe and sound. Sylvia (Employee Number: 101701) had the audacity to avoid answering questions that we had even though are had nothing else important to do. Lazy and disrespectful and even telling us stuff under her breath. I understand it’s hard, you may be tired and you might even hate your job. But please don’t rope us into your misery. Please do better Southwest.
