Inflight movies problems

I had 6 legs round trip and I couldn't watch any of the movies (I was super excited to catch up on movies). I don't know what to do? I have a Google pixel using Android 13 system. What can I do... Literally could of watch 6 movies during the flight.

make sure your device meets these requirements.

If you use an Apple device - virtually no issues.

If you use a non-Apple device - virtually nothing but problems.

@bec102896  Android 13 is the newest release and definitely meets the "minimum" requirement of Android 8+.  But unless one has a flagship device from Google or Samsung,  most folks are still at best using Android 11 or 12.

My thought is perhaps a browser issue, especially if you're using Chrome, as even if it's up to date, it doesn't always play well with others.
