I was supposed to get a $100 email travel voucher for a flight on Nov 15 that was delayed for mechanical reasons. Southwest says they sent it twice to my hotmail email but I've never received it and I always check my junk email folder. Most recently I had them resend it to my gmail account, that was yesterday but so far I haven't received anything.
Any other thoughts or suggestions? Maybe they could send me a voucher snail mail.
