Someone tell me why I should continue to fly this airline

I have to say, I was critical of Southwest after the Holiday DISASTER but continue to support them as an enterprise.

I would generally describe Southwest as a friendlier airline, but yes, nothing is perfect.  Lately, the delays have been widespread.

When I need to travel, I go right to Southwest's site and keep the points racking up.  The two bags really makes life easier too.

Honestly, I didn't even read that long post you put on here.  I'm just going to cut through the chase and say this, if you're questioning if you should give your business to any company, then NO is the answer.  Best of luck on the other airlines.
