Transparency with April Hawaii incident

Dear SWA today I learned in April you had a near disaster in a flight bound for Hawaii. The flight descend to 400 feet above the Pacific Ocean. My local news said the first officer who was less experienced made an error. We need to know more about this as some of us are concerned you are trading safely for DEI. Please provide full details around this.

The airline will provide full transparency to the FAA which is investigating the incident.

When the FAA is done with the investigation, you will have full information.

I am not convinced the FAA has any interest in the possible role DEI played here
