It’s been fine for me lately. Who knows.

 

About a month ago there was a week where it didn’t work whatever kind of bird I was on and wherever in the country I was flying.

@floridaguy This entire thread is about the FREE wifi benefit for A-List Preferred, thus requesting a refund is irrelevant. Please try to follow along and provide comments that are useful.

If the wifi doesn't function, I get a refund.  If it was included, I want a credit for the implied value.  

 

I'm happy to host a conference to further explain the concept.
