Hello- My husband and I flew Friday and returned Sunday from Orlando and we both could not use our Ipads for the free tv and shows. We were on the southwestwifi website, but couldn't choose a show to watch. We both had on our screens a red perpendicular line through the time and a black rectangle covering our choice of show. This occurred both ways and didn't correct itself at any time. Pretty frustrating:(

Did you ask the FA? Sometimes they have to reboot the system

@diannet113 Sorry to hear about that. Unfortunately, SW WiFi and entertainment can be spotting and unreliable at times. The company has started that they are working with the vendor to improve the experience. In the mean time, I would suggest sharing your comments with SW directly using the Contact Us link below. Twitter is my favorite way to communicate with them.
