Booking.com through Southwest hotel count as partner?

I plan to book a hotel through southwest hotels specifically powered by booking.com. I wanted to confirm if this is considered a travel/hotel partner and my payment at the hotel will count as 2pts/$1 on my premier card? I am only concerned as booking doesn’t charge right then and typically the hotel is the merchant requesting payment.

I thought hotels booked through Southwesthotels.com would count as 2x points, but according to the wording, it's only "select hotel partners":

2 points: You’ll earn 2 points for each $1 spent on purchases made directly with Southwest Airlines®, including flight, inflight, Southwest® gift card, and Southwest Vacations® package purchases, and at participating Rapid Rewards® hotel and rental car partners.
