We may have messed up dates my husband is available for the trip we booked. I booked our flights with points. If we canceled, would I be refunded the points I used to book the flights? If so, would we have to use them to book another flight within a year? Or would there be no expiration? Also, would they have to be used for tickets for the same people, or would they just go back into my account?
Thanks,
Jennifer

The points will go back into your account. No expiration! They do not have to be used by the same people.

What about the fees associated with the flight? Do those get refunded as well?

When you cancel, you'll be able to choose to have those refunded to your credit card, or held for future use.

Did everything work out okay? Did you get the points refunded for the flight you booked under your spouse's name?

RThey go back into your account. Can use anytime in the future for anyone. No timeline!
