Hello:
I am an A-List Preferred member and my wife is my Companion. If I book my individual flight with points, can I obtain a free flight for her as my Companion if she flies with me? Or, is the Companion Pass only valid if I pay cash for my flight.
Thank you.

Solution
Companion Pass only requires that a ticket on the flight be available, it doesn't matter how you booked your own primary ticket with either cash or points.
You do still pay the landing fees, a few bucks per flight leg for domestic flights.
