Does companion already have a ticketed reservation for that flight? If so, cancel that, wait a few minutes, and try again

No, they do not have a ticket. They did auto-fill my RR number. Is everyone seeing that?

Are you saying your RR number is autofilling in the spot for the companion's RR number? That certainly would cause a problem if so. Be sure the companion has their own RR number in the info.

Yes, but it will not let me modify the number and it was not in the field when I set up the companion.

So I tried a different payment type, since I kept getting error match no found code. I used apple pay, it went through via apple pay but no companion added to the existing reservation

RR number is correct for companion and still not working.
