I have not received my points from my last trip

I have not received my RR points from my trip on 9/11/16. How do I go abount claiming these points?

Hi 

Log into your Rapid Rewards account then on the main page under where it says My Rapid Rewards click on where it says manage.  Then you will see in blue Request past points.
