More rewards gift cards

I redeemed rapid reward points to receive 2 gift cards on March 9th 2024 and still have not received them. Looking at my orders it shows that they have shipped. I haven't received a tracking # either. There seems to be people not receiving gift cards on this discussion board

Can you verify that these were shipped physical cards and not emailed digital cards?
