A hacker just redeemed over 300,000 points from my account. Has anyone ever gotten their points back? This just happened 8 hours ago.

Immediately contact SW. I've heard of them being able to stop the transaction from going thru, and yes I have heard of people getting their points back.
File a police report, too.

I don't understand. My girlfriend just paid $300 to transfer 30k points. How did this person access the points?
