Phone Numner

I wanted to redeem my points to some products ， but I couldn't choose my another phone number on the option. How am I able to choose preferred phone number?

Not sure what the phone number has to do with it. Are you using More Rewards?

Your preferred phone number and e-mail address are tied to your Southwest account. They are grayed out on More Rewards because you cannot change them there. Log into your Southwest account on Southwest.com and go to "Profile" to change them.
