Hello: Can anyone advise me on a possible companion pass issue? I was working toward my companion pass for 2018. A charge was placed in error on my SW business card in my Dec. billing cycle, which closed on Dec. 20, that charge put me over the 3000.00 spending for points too early. I had until Dec. 30 to spend my max and earn my points. I immediately contacted the company and the charge was refunded, however that refund is showing on my future billing statement.
Has this happended to anyone? Does anyone what I should do? I need my points for 2018, not 2017. Thank You

If it doesn't resolve itself you may need to call Rapid Rewards to explain, but I'm not sure how they handle this situation. Worst case...enjoy your 2018 companion pass.
