Progess toward A List

Hello:

Why does my progress toward A list show 15 of 20 flights when I can count 16 flights in my account this year? And how do I get this corrected?

Determine which flight is missing and then contact SW. Clck on " contact us" (below) and proceed.

About contact us. When I click on that, the best I get is a chatbot. How do I actually get ahold of someone to resolve this? Maybe that's the better question:)

Were all your flights revenue flights? Flights purchased with miles do not count toward A list.

All flights were revenue and all flights show up in my past flights. All where this calendar year. But there are 16 flights there and the counter says 15. So, I have no idea which one isn't being counted:)
