Signing my kids up for Rapid Rewards

I'm trying to sign my kids up for RR but when I click on the link to sign up for RR I get an error that says,

OOPS! You have already completed an account enrollment.

Please choose an option from the following:

• View My Account Confirmation
• View My Account

I have tried logging myself out of my account and still got the same error. So how do I sign them up?

Can you use another browser or else when you logout also clear the cache on the browser?
